Cascade 72 g
Aramis 18 g

SafAle BE-256 60 g
糖化温度
第一步:糖化
初始温度设定63°C,搭配80升水
把温度调到63°C,静置50分钟
把温度调到72°C,静置20分钟
把温度调到78°C,静置2分钟
第二步:过滤
用75-78°C的水过滤麦汁
第三步:煮沸
煮沸时间:95分钟
煮沸10分钟后加入Perle酒花
煮沸85分钟后加入其他酒花
第四步:回旋沉淀
8分钟
第五步:发酵 在27°C进行发酵
第六步:熟成 熟成期前两周保持在12°C,第三周冷藏至1°C
