With our unique combination of Vacuum Packed "Freshpaks" in 5kg and 20kg packs and our comprehensive stock of over 50 different varieties from suppliers worldwide, all year round we can offer the brewer an artist's pallet of flavours to create every type and style of beer.




TYPE 90 Hop PELLETS (Hops milled/ground into powder and then pelletised)
The most popular varieties are also stocked as Type 90 pellets. Sealed in foil packs, these are used in the boil for bittering or late on for aroma. They must be used in conjunction with a whirlpool or enhanced filtering system.






TYPE 100 WHOLE Hop PELLETS (Whole hops compressed into bungs)
Each pellet weighs approximately 14 gms. These are supplied in vacuum packs of 100 pellets, packed 5 x 100 per box. Type 100 pellets are a convenient way of dry hopping beer in the cask for added aroma.






DELIVERY TO YOUR BREWERY
Following receipt of an order, our accredited parcel carrier can deliver the requested products the next working day. The best quotation will be found for the volume, timescale and country or delivery.
Note 1: As the alpha acid deteriorates other oxidised compounds from within the hops will produce bitter flavours to replace most of it but the essential oils (for aroma) and general freshness of the hops will be lost.
Note 2: The information given is intended only as a guide, hop varieties will give varying flavours in beer when used with different raw materials.
