USA, AZ: Good Bad Ugly Brewing Co. to join the West Valley beer scene on October 26
The West Valley beer scene is about to get bigger with Good Bad Ugly (GBU) Brewing Co. hosting a grand opening party at Westgate Entertainment District on Thursday, Oct. 26, AZ Big Media reported on October 19.
Located within the newly opened Tavern + Bowl, GBU is among the first microbreweries to open in Glendale and will pour a number of its own signature brews including the Prairie Dog Stampede, a light, straw-colored American Lager with clean crisp notes of hops; the Lemon-Blue Specialty Wheat, a pastel-colored, unfiltered wheat beer tempered with blueberry and a touch of lemon; the Dirt Nap, an American Stout brewed with roasted barley, black malt and chocolate malt producing a rich, full-bodied dark beer featuring toffee and coffee flavors; and the Lizard Lips IPA, an aggressively hopped copper-colored India Pale Ale brewed hard with Green Hornet, Simcoe and Mosaic hops.
