Argentina: Barley harvest basically finished with average good quality

In Argentina, the barley harvest is basically finished with very good yields, as forecast, and in average good quality, GrainCom reported in their latest newsletter.

There are sporadic cases of lots with protein higher than desired, and some fungus issues, but the malting industry can be happy with that the quality in general terms. The crop size is reported at around 4.6 mln tonnes.
