Canada, AB: SYC Brewing now open in Edmonton
A new brewery and taproom with a focus on “good beer, good company, and great friends” is now open in Edmonton, the Canadian Beer News reported on January 3.
SYC Brewing has been founded by Andrea & Parker Pysyk and Richard Fyk, and is located at 11239 180th Street NW in the city’s Northwest Industrial District.
Open since December 24th, SYC currently has two beers available – SYC Saison and SYC IPA – both brewed using 100% Alberta malt.
The brewery’s official grand opening will be taking place in January 12th, with more beers available and food by Smokehouse BBQ.
SYC Brewing is open Wednesday to Sunday, with business hours varying by day.
