Saudi Arabia: State grain buyer SAGO seeks 1.5 mln tonnes of feed barley in international tender

Saudi Arabia's state grain buyer SAGO said on July 5 it was seeking 1.5 million tonnes of feed barley in an international purchasing tender, ZAWYA reported.

The barley is for delivery from September to October, a statement by the agency said.

The barley is to be shipped in 25 cargoes, each 60,000 tonnes. Of the total, 18 cargoes will arrive at Red Sea ports and seven at Gulf Sea ports, Ahmad al-Fares, Governor of SAGO, said in the statement.

The deadline for bids is Friday, July 6.
