Canada, NS: Lower Sackville couple aiming to open Ol Biddys Brew House by December
A well-known homebrewer in the Maritimes is getting set to launch a nanobrewery soon out of his home in Lower Sackville.
In an interview with with Maritime Beer Report, Keith Forbes says that he and his wife Erin Delaney-Forbes are aiming to open Ol Biddys Brew House by December.
Brewing on a 1 barrel system, Forbes plans to start on schedule of three batches every two weeks, with initial brands to include Funktown American Pale Ale, Even Gooder Coffee Brown, and Disco Inferno Red IPA, all based on Forbes award-winning homebrew recipes.
Ol Biddys beers will be available exclusively on tap at local bars and restaurants, although growler sales are being considered for the future.
