Canada, MB: Stone Angel Brewing now brewing at its own bricks-and-mortar location
A Winnipeg brewery that launched earlier this year with a contract-brewed version of its first beer has announced that production has started as its own bricks-and-mortar location, Canadian Beer News reported on September 6.
Stone Angel Brewing made its debut at the Flatlanders Beer Festival with Luthers Folly, a 5.25% abv and 22 IBU kolsch-ist blond ale that was brewed at Brazen Hall.
According to Stone Angels President and Director of Operations Paul McMullan, the Stone Angel brewhouse at 1875 Pembina Highway received its license last week, and is now producing beer for a mid-September opening of its taproom and patio.
We plan to open with three or four different beers which we hope will become some of our core pours, says McMullan. Were planning on adding numerous small batches and seasonal beers to our taps shortly.
